4th of July!!

Happy 4th of July everybody!! This is how we spent our 4th! We went to the Pullman show this year! We got to the park at about 6 o'clock to find a good spot and then we set up camp and waited until 10! It actually went by pretty fast! The kids had fun running around in the grass and getting pizza and snacks! Jeff was running around with them! Since my leg is still broken I couldn't really do anything but sit there, so I got some more reading done! I also wrestled around with the kids on the blanket, as much as I could! I got some super cute pictures of the kids! They were both in such goofy moods!

We sat right next to the Fire Trucks and, of course, Matthew and Kaity HAD to go and see them! They were letting the kids look in the truck and everything and they were giving away these hats and stickers! They loved it all of course!

This is almost right before the fireworks started! Matthew was so excited!

Matthew and Kaity both LOVED the fireworks show! This is the first year that they really liked it and didn't think that it was too loud! Kaity's mouth was open the whole time because she was in such awe watching them! Matthew kept making ooh and ahh noises and after every single one he would say, "Matthew likes that one, no Matthew likes THAT one, No THAT one!! It was really cute! Then towards the end he told me that the fireworks looked like cereal! I know, weird! I've never heard someone compare fireworks to cereal before, but that Matthew for you! He is VERY creative with a BIG imagination!
