20 Weeks and 2 Days Ultrasound

Today I had my ultrasound and it went great! Everything was healthy and growing normally and it measured right on track! I couldn't be happier. I'm a little bummed about the pictures I got. I was hoping for a profile picture and none of the ones she printed off were very clear, but when I was watching it, it was very clear and so fun to watch! It was moving and kicking and everything the whole time. At one point we even saw the baby have the hiccups! I had never seen that before! It was so fun. We found out that we are having a little baby boy! Jeff was sure that it was a girl, but I just had a feeling that it was a boy and sure enough... I was right! :) I was hoping for a little boy! Everybody (except Kaity who very badly wanted a sister) is very happy that its a boy! Especially Matthew! :)
This is a view of his foot! Yep 5 toes! YAY!

Guilty Pleasures

So I found these on a different blog and they looked sooooooo yummy. So of course I had to run to the store and get what I needed and I made them. They definately hit the spot!

Don't they look yummy? All you need are:

mini pretzels
HERSHEY kisses and/or hugs
and M&Ms

preheat oven to 250
place pretzels on tin foil
top with kisses/hugs
bake for 3-5 min
{the hugs will be done faster than the kisses so do them separate}

Once they are soft and STARTING to melt
take them out and top with an M&M
let cool

then stuff your face with deliciousness!
They were sooo easy and quick! I just had to share!

Matthew's O Day

For the last 26 days of school, Matthew's class is doing an ABC countdown. So each day represents a letter. So the first day was A day and it was animal day. So everybody got to take their favorite stuffed animal to school, F day was family day and they brought in pictures of their family, and so on. For O day they are supposed to wear and orange shirt and they were going to eat oranges. So Matthew had a plain orange shirt so I decided to get a little creative. I made some stencils out of freezer paper and used black fabric paint to write ' O ' DAY on the front, and for the back I let Matthew pick something that he liked. He picked a dragon. So I printed out a dragon picture and made a stencil for that too. So on the back is a dragon. He thought it was the coolest thing. He was very excited to go to school and show it to everyone!

20 Weeks 1 Day

Since I forgot to hold up a sign last week I had to take another picture this week. So I have finally hit my halfway mark! Yay! Everything is going just fine so far. I have my ultrasound this afternoon so we'll find out if everything is still healthy and good, and we will definately be finding out what we're having. There's no way I would ever be able to wait the whole 9 months!
The baby must go through a major growth spurt this week because now it is this size of a cantaloupe. So of course I had to go and get a cantaloupe for the picture! Its crazy to think that my baby is already that big!

19 Weeks 5 Days

I was so mad at my self this week! I forgot to hold up a sign saying how far along I was! When I took this picture I was 19 weeks and 5 days! I don't know how I forgot, but since I did I'm going to have to take another picture soon.
During the 19th week I read that the baby is the size of a mango. So I went and got a mango for the pictures.

Birthday Weekend

My birthday was on the 15th of May and my parents came down to see me. We spent Saturday at my sister's house and had a big dinner and everything. It was fun. Mike even got out his remote control truck and was chasing the kids all over the place. They looked like they were loving it.
You can't tell from the picture, but the truck was going super fast and the kids were screaming and running from it. It was funny to watch.
Kaity got tired and had to take a break.
Then we had birthday cake and presents.
 Happy 26th to me!

Kaity's Preschool Graduation

Kaity had her last day of Preschool on May 13th. She misses school and can't wait to go back next year. she learned so much during the year. This Headstart Preschool was absolutely amazing! They did so many things and taught Kaity how to do tons of things! I'm very proud of her. She is such a smart little girl!
Here she is sitting with her class waiting for the passing out of the certificates!
Here they are singing some songs for all the parents! She sang so good! I could even hear her over some of the other kids!
Here she is receiving her award from her two teachers, Miss Dana and Miss Mirium.
Then after the awards, they had all kinds of fun stations set up through out the school. They even had a fire truck for the kids to look at. They fireman was letting the kids out on his hat. It was sooo heavy! Kaity couldn't hold her head up when she was wearing it! Her head kept falling backwards. You can see the fireman's arms holding her up! It was funny!
Matthew did a little better with it!

They also got to have their faces painted! Matthew is such a little goofball! He said that he wanted a smiley face with 1 eye 2 noses and 3 mouths! This is what they came up with! Silly boy!

Congratulations Kaity!!

18 Weeks

Here I am at 18 weeks 0 days! I'm getting huge!!! Everything is going great. So far the baby is healthy and growing good!
