My Easter Wreath

I found how to make this cute wreath and I had to make one. All it is made of  is a paper plate that you cut the inside out of and then glue balled up pieces of tissue paper on it. Then just add whatever embellishments that you want on it! It seriously took me only 30 minutes to make this. I thought it was so cute!
