Our Little Home Improvement Project!

Our table wasn't painted very well, so all the white paint peeled off, and what was left below it was a very ugly color of yellow! It was like pee color! So we finally decided to repaint it this weekend! We liked the idea of a yellow table, but a softer yellow! So Jeff sanded it down pretty good and then we went and bought some paint and got to work!

You can see the tabletop leaning against the wall! Thats after Jeff sanded down the dark yellow! You can still the dark yellow in some places! You might have to make the picture larger! It was a bad color!

Here is the finished table! We decided to keep the chairs white!

After we painted the table, we had most of the paint left! (The table didn't take very much paint!) So we thought, what the heck! Lets paint a wall in our living room with the extra paint! So, we did! Here's the before shot...

Here's Jeff painting the wall! He used the roller and then I used a paintbrush for the edges!

And here is the finished project! We really like it! It adds a lot to our little apartment, and makes it look sunny and bright! We think that it was a good decision!
