You just start at the bottom and start making pony tails all the way up in the shape of a heart!
Then you add a cute bow and curl the pony tail or make a bun or something! And that's it!

Awwweee! I recognize her outfit! That was one of my favorites on Sydney!! So cute! I like her hair-do's! They are very fancy! That looks like it would be hard to do! Good job! I like Kaity's new bed too. I'm sure she likes it as well.
